When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, contact details, office requirements, budget, proposed occupation date and message. Mapema Luxury Homes uses these details to respond to your request and arrange relevant office viewings.

How your details are handled

By default, the enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. Your form details are not saved on this website. If email delivery is enabled, enquiries are delivered to the Mapema Luxury Homes team through our configured email provider. Do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

WhatsApp and external links

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a prepared message. You choose whether to send it. Google Maps and other linked websites handle information under their own privacy terms.
